Peak Technical Institute continues to grow its hospitality training and professional service programs and seminars, working with local universities, associations and industries.
Peak’s hospitality training staff are working in the local East Tennessee community with such organizations and associations as Executive Women International (EWI), Greater Knoxville Hospitality Association (GKHA) and students at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.
“Staff at Peak thoroughly enjoy working with the local community and local universities,” Jason King, Program Director and Instructor of Peak Technical Institute’s Professional Hospitality Training program, said. “We are proud to provide the next generation with the tools and competitive edge they need to be successful.”
Peak has partnered with such organizations to offer short programs on topics like Communication in the Workplace and Conflict Resolution. Peak has also recently partnered with Business Owners Benefits Association to offer education and professional development opportunities. Through membership, BOBA members an attend professional development and customized training seminars covering a variety of topics, including Dining for Business, Leadership, Personal Excellence in Business and much more.
Peak Technical Institute will also be returning to Washington, D.C., for training with the Armed Forces. Peak has had the opportunity in the past to train Enlisted Aides students, who were learning to be estate managers for generals and other officials.
The school is also working with the mega yacht industry from Ft. Lauderdale, FL to New England and with placement agencies across the country including Chicago and Los Angeles with staff training with its new programs for housekeeping and The Art of Silver Service.
